一月过去了（呸！），我们迎来了二月和黑人历史月的庆祝活动，这是一个纪念美国黑人持久贡献和坚韧不拔的时刻。 It's a time for reflection, celebration, and a renewed commitment to the ongoing struggle for racial justice. 今年，鉴于压制和扭曲黑人历史教学的努力惊人地增加，黑人历史月的重要性显得尤为突出。 In this context, the legacy of figures like Henry Marsh, the first Black Mayor of 里士满 and the namesake of Henry L. Marsh III 小学 School — who passed away just last week – becomes even more poignant, serving as both an inspiration and a stark reminder of the battles still being fought.
