Charles L. Spain, Jr. has served students from the east and west coasts as a mathematics teacher, math coach, gifted and talented, assistant principal, principal, assistant director, and math director. He earned a bachelor’s and master’s degrees from 维吉尼亚州 State University, educational leadership certification from McDaniel College and completed Ph.D. coursework at American University. With twenty years of experience in education, Dr. Hester earned a doctorate in education from Regent University, a master's in administration and supervision from Mercy College, a master's in education from VCU, and a bachelor's degree from the International University of the Caribbean.
